On the ground floor, guests will find a cozy reading room, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, a laundry area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three elegant suites, each with its own private bathroom.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Outdoors, a private garden with comfortable furniture and a barbecue invites you to enjoy al fresco dining, while the swimming pool with sun loungers is perfect for relaxing under the sun.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with the possibility of adding two baby cots—ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy, and tranquility.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Villa can be reached by car; the road is unpaved; we recommend using raised-off-the-ground vehicles, such as crossovers or SUVs.
- The price of Le Stanze di GIODO includes accommodation only and includes initial and final cleaning, utilities, heating and air conditioning, use of the kitchen, towels and sheets (changed weekly for stays longer than a week), Wi-Fi, use of the laundry room, and use of the outdoor common areas, including the outdoor pool (open in the summer) and barbecue.
- Check-in is available on Fridays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, check-out 10 AM
